Cheers to Ernest Hemingway for introducing this refreshing Cuban cocktail to South Florida back in the 1950's!

Born in Cuba, the Mojito is an incredibly refreshing tropical beverage.

We start with our house made simple syrup, muddle fresh mint and lime wedges to release and infuse the natural oils, add ice, rum, and a splash of charged water.  Shake and enjoy!
